Janet Gourand

This week, I had the privilege of chatting with one of my mentors, Janet Gourand, CEO and founder of the Tribe Sober Community platform and the Host of the Tribe Sober Podcast. This online community was where I pushed off from her boot camp, coaching workshops, and Breaking Free programs, not to mention online Zoom Cafes and chat groups, which had eluded me for 19 years: long-lasting and sustainable sobriety and freedom from alcohol.
